Steel Dynamics UK Limited has entered a new phase following its acquisition by Steel Dynamics Holdings Limited on 29 January 2026. Backed by a consortium of external investors and new funding, this investment gives the business a stronger financial platform to support its strategic plans, with particular opportunities for growth in the nuclear sector. The investor group is led by Peter Cowgill, who will serve as Chairman, and Ian Johnson, who joins as Executive Group Director

As we kick off the new year we’re streamlining parts of our range to make space for new inbound material and keep our stock aligned with current demand. That means a limited number of overstock lines are available at reduced prices. Fully traceable and ready to move. All material is prime stock and fully certified. Steel Dynamics UK will be closing for the Christmas Holidays from 2.00pm on Wednesday 24 th December and re-opening on Friday 2 nd  January 2026 (but deliveries into us will only be accepted from the 5th January).
