We accept stainless plate, sheet and profiles, including specialist and non-standard grades and nickel alloys, for processing on our advanced cutting, machining and finishing equipment.
Because our entire facility is dedicated to stainless steel, your free-issue material enters the same controlled environment as our stocked material - with the same PMI verification, traceability and quality documentation applied as standard.

Whether you are working with standard austenitic grades, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys or other specialist stainless specifications, our equipment is set up to handle your exact requirements, including non-standard thicknesses and close-tolerance profiles.
We cut plates and sheets to precise dimensions, producing parts to tight tolerances with full dimensional verification, meeting the exacting requirements of complex fabrication programmes in nuclear, aerospace and critical infrastructure. We already supply some of the most demanding stainless steel applications in the world and apply the same rigorous standards to free-issue material as we do to every tonne that leaves our facility on our own supply.​

As a dedicated stainless steel processor, our entire facility handles one metal group only. Every machine, every surface, every workflow is stainless, meaning your free-issue material is processed in the same contamination-free environment that supports our nuclear and aerospace customers.
We operate the UK's largest 14m × 4m waterjet cutting machine - capable of cold cutting stainless steel grades up to 200mm thickness with no heat-affected zone and minimal material waste, maintaining full material integrity throughout.
Our full processing capability spans 30kW fibre laser profiling, high-definition plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, CNC milling and turning and press braking - giving us the flexibility to handle a wide range of free-issue specifications efficiently within a single managed workflow.
