We only stock premium quality materials from the most leading and reputable European mills. Rest assured, all plate materials are fully certified and come with full traceability reports and mill test certificates, available as standard.
Our extensive stock range boasts over 5,000 tonnes of various Stainless Steel grades in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm – 150mm, and we are confident in supplying and meeting the requirements for a wide array of industries.
Stainless Steel
There are more than 100 different grades of Stainless Steel available and we stock a comprehensive range in a variety of grades, forms and sizes.
Stainless Steel is a type of alloy that is resistant to rusting and corrosion. It is made of iron, chromium, and nickel, and sometimes other elements like carbon are added to obtain the desired properties. The chromium in Stainless Steel forms a passive film that can protect the material and self-heal in the presence of oxygen, which makes it resistant to rusting and corrosion.
Duplex Steel
Duplex Stainless Steels offer a unique combination of corrosion resistance, strength, toughness and weldability, making them ideal for demanding applications across various industries, particularly in aggressive environments where other materials may fail.
Duplex Stainless Steel combines the benefits of austenitic and ferritic Stainless Steels, offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Their versatility and reliability have established them as essential materials in modern engineering and construction.
Carbon Steel
Our Carbon shop is situated in a different unit at our head office site so there is no chance of cross-contamination with our Stainless processing. This has allowed us to increase our stocked range of Carbon Steel, ideal for applications where affordability and hardness matter.
We now have hundreds of tonnes more material in stock and a full range of Carbon Steel from 3mm up to 100mm thickness in the most popular grades.
