• Preparing a proposal for securing a contract for 7 different Vortex assemblies

• Developing a manufacturing plan and schedule in agreement with the customer

• Ensuring drawings meet requirement and modifying where necessary in accordance with customer approval

• Procure manage & process 550 tonnes of Stainless Steel plate

• Cost-effective processing of material to ensure maximum utilization of plate

• Project management of welding, fabrication & on-site installation

• Organising logistics and on-time delivery to customer’s schedule across 10 sites

• Organising site visits by our approved sub-contractor

• Agree with customer exact lifting requirements to meet their needs with the use of Shaft

• Full manufacturing, inspection and verification of material and profile by Steel Dynamics Ltd

• Third-party testing to required standard including quality control compliancy

• Providing full material management expertise

• Letter of commendation received from the customer upon project completion
